Craft Show Season

Craft show season has come again! I have two, possibly three craft shows scheduled for this month with the first one this weekend. I have put a little section in my sidebar that lists upcoming shows, but here’s the info for the two confirmed for this month, if you happen to be in the area:

March 6, Indie Davis, 11-5, 129 E St, Davis, CA

This show will be a little collection of vendors outside of Nina and Tom, a wonderful little store where I have some of my work. A great chance to shop local for beautiful art and craft items.

March 20, Indie Sacramento, 10-3
The California Museum, 1020 O Street Sacramento, CA

The Indie Sacramento ladies put on a great show, so I’m expecting this one to be wonderful as usual—and it’s at The California Museum in conjunction with a celebration of Women’s History Month and The Women’s Conference. Admission to the museum and the craft show is FREE on that day.

The week or so leading up to a series of shows is always a bit of a scramble—printing, packing prints, making sure I have everything. After last year, I’m a bit more practiced, and I have my show “kit” pretty together, but still there are lots of little details! Here are some glimpses of my show prep:

Again, if you’re in the area, do come out and say hi! I’m also already booked for a show in Sacramento in April, so if you can’t make it to these, stay tuned. Of course all of the prints shown here are available in my shop. So, if you’re not local, which sadly, most of you aren’t check ’em out!
